The General Process:

Client(s) please call me or email to make an initial appointment to follow up with a visit to your property 

I then send a quotation/proposal along with my Terms & Conditions, Contract of Agreement to be signed and returned.

A deposit is then taken to secure the project(s) and my time. Time scales are allotted for your project(s)

A second visit is then arranged if more detailed plans are to be made.

Then I prepare for the project(s) with detailed mood board(s) and plans as required and when they are ready they are presented to you. 

I will help dress the room on completion if requested.

Invoicing is done at varying stages, but definitely at completion and depending on the size of the project(s)

Photographs are taken before and after but full names and addresses are omitted from my portfolio and social media.
